WHAT CAN IMMERSION COACHING DO FOR YOU?
Here are the results experienced by a couple of our previous clients:
The first client was the CEO of a resource based corporation, which was one of a group of companies held in a broad conglomerate. He came to us for coaching for a report he was presenting to the executives of the holding company and the CEO's of the rest of the corporate family, a group in which he had previously maintained a low profile.
The result?
His presentation created a significantly positive impact that got him promoted to head up a much larger corporation within the group.
The second client was the national sales director for an insurance company who was, now, responsible for presenting to groups of his own sales people and groups of clients. Because he found this quite different from the one-on-one sales with which he had been very successful, he came to us to help him hone his approach, his skills and his ability motivate his sales force.

FAQ
What will I gain from an immersion consultation?
You will learn to feel more comfortable during platform and media presentations, and to relate specifically to a given audience or situation. Primarily, you will learn to orchestrate members of that audience so that you affect their attitude or action in the way you choose.
You will also learn to speed up preparation time, and, to prepare and deliver outstanding content. If you have a particular situation or audience your would prefer to focus on, we will build it in.
Will it work for me?
Our clients range from corporate president, through association executive, through scientist through political leaders from countries around the globe. The key is for us to help you develop your own style matched to your own audiences.
Because of this, and, because our approach to speech preparation involves choreography as well as text, we recommend that you involve the people who help you prepare your presentations, either as a minor part of the immersion, or, through a face-to-face or tele-consultation. This will assure that both you and they are working towards the same goal.
How long does it take?
Our decades of experience allow us to optimize on your time. Our focus on your individual needs and style optimize your development. This generally takes 2 immersion days. If your schedule absolutely precludes that length of time, you may qualify for a compacted 12 hour plan. In either case, expect to put in a very full day.
Must I attend regular times?
No. The date is flexible, and, depends only upon your and our mutual availability.
What else do I have to do?
Prior to your attendence, we will need to review some of your previous speech texts, and, if you have them, audios or videos of your presentations.
Where do I attend?
Most of our immersion sessions are conducted in magnificent Niagara Falls.
We find that leaving your work setting offers the most effective opportunity for intensive growth. You also save money, if you come to us. If this poses great hardship, however, we can arrange to come to you.
Will you protect my confidentiality?
Absolutely. Protecting our clients' privacy is a basic part of our reputation.
Is the Immersion Session the Only Approach?
